Hi, I'm Kelcey

I'm originally from the north-west of England and I'm currently based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara, Aotearoa (Wellington, New Zealand).

I'm passionate about partnering with startups and founders to transform their ideas into compelling products and experiences through design.

I worked on multi-national campaigns before moving to work with startups and SMEs. My experience with marketing has been integral to how I think holistically about brand touch-points, including its products.

Since 2015, I've been working directly with founders to help them realise their visions in ways that engage and excite end users, as well as potential investors. Working so closely with founders has helped me to develop a strategic balance between aligning the goals of the business with the needs of users, and the craft of design.

In the world of startups, where every second counts, I also offer my expertise in DesignOps. By streamlining design processes and fostering efficient workflows, I’ve support teams to increase their operational efficiency and get-to-market faster.
